About the venue
Opened 2017
Famous for a retractable roof of eight translucent triangular "petals" that pivot open in a pinwheel pattern, and for the 360-degree "Halo Board," a 58-by-1,100-foot video display among the largest in sports. Home to the NFL's Atlanta Falcons and MLS's Atlanta United, it set the MLS single-game attendance record of 73,019. It hosted Super Bowl LIII and 2024 Copa América matches; for the 2026 World Cup it hosts eight matches, including a semifinal.
