About the venue
Opened 2007
At Toronto's Exhibition Place, BMO Field is home to MLS's Toronto FC and the CFL's Toronto Argonauts. A 2014–2016 expansion added an east-side upper deck and a canopy roof. For the 2026 World Cup it is the tournament's smallest venue, with temporary seating lifting capacity to roughly 45,700, and it hosts Canada's tournament opener.
